Intelligence built into the building.
We design and integrate lighting, climate, security, energy, multimedia and AI into one engineered infrastructure — from the electrical project and cabinets to the last line of automation logic.
We are engineers first. The smart home is what the engineering makes possible.
A house has dozens of technical systems: power distribution, heating, ventilation, lighting, shading, alarms, cameras, network, audio, storage batteries. Usually each arrives with its own installer, app and remote. We design them as one infrastructure, assemble the cabinets in our workshop, program the logic and stay responsible for the result for years.

A-101 One home / One system
Nine systems. One wiring plan, one logic, one point of responsibility.
Hover a system to see where it lives in a typical two-storey house with a basement plant room. Every line on this drawing exists before the walls are plastered.
SECTION A–A · SCHEMATIC · NOT TO SCALE
ALL SYSTEMS
Everything shares the same cabling, network and controller.
Lighting reacts to the alarm. Shading reacts to the sun and to the cinema. The heat pump reacts to the solar surplus. This only works when the systems were designed together.

A-102 What we integrate
The drawing register of a house.
Each system below is a sheet in our project documentation, with its own drawings, schedules and test protocol. Open any sheet to see the scope.
A-01Infrastructure
Infrastructure design
Single-line diagrams, cable schedules and device layouts are approved before the first cable is pulled.
The full project is drawn before installation and checked against the architecture, the interior design and future maintenance access.
Electrical schematics and single-line diagrams
Power circuits and load calculation
Low-voltage and bus networks
Automation, lighting and climate control
Network, Wi-Fi coverage and server space
Security and video surveillance
Multimedia and cinema
Backup power and telecom equipment
Deliverable: drawing set, cable schedule with every cable ID, cabinet layouts, bill of materials.
E-02Infrastructure
Power & low-voltage cabinets
Designed, assembled, labelled and tested in our workshop, then installed on site as a finished unit.
The cabinet is where reliability is decided. We assemble it on the bench, not on a ladder in a dusty room.
Main and sub-distribution power boards
Automation cabinets with KNX, DALI and I/O modules
Low-voltage and network cabinets
Server racks with UPS
AV racks with ventilation and cable management
Every cabinet ships with: labelled terminals, wiring diagram on the door, insulation and RCD test report, 20–30 % spare space.
C-03Infrastructure
Wired automation
A KNX keypad switches the light directly over the bus, even when the server is being updated.
Wired systems form the core of every new-build project: predictable, fast and serviceable for decades.
KNX for switching, dimming, shading and climate
DALI / DALI-2 for per-fixture lighting control
Modbus RTU/TCP for heat pumps, inverters and meters
BACnet for commercial HVAC
Ethernet, RS-485, dry contacts, relay and 0–10 V interfaces
Why wired: no batteries to change, response under 50 ms, no cloud dependency, 20+ year life cycle.
C-04Infrastructure
Wireless automation
A leak sensor behind a built-in dishwasher, a radiator valve in a listed building: wireless where a cable is unreasonable.
Wireless devices extend the wired core. They join the same logic and the same app.
Matter and Thread for current-generation devices
Zigbee and Z-Wave mesh networks
Wi-Fi devices on an isolated IoT network
Bluetooth Low Energy for locks and sensors
Hybrid architectures with one controller
Rule we follow: anything safety-relevant or in constant use gets a cable when a cable is possible.
L-05Comfort
Lighting
At 22:30 the house drifts to 2400 K. At night, stairs glow at 3 % when someone gets up.
Charging slows down while the oven and heat pump run, then speeds up when they finish.

Charging at low tariff
Charging from solar surplus

A-103 Gadgets versus a system
Remote-controlled switches are not a smart home.
The difference shows up on bad days: an internet outage, a power cut, a device discontinued by its maker, an engineer who needs to fix something in year seven.

Daily controlSix apps, each with its own accountOne logic, one app, keypads where you expect them

Six levels, each one able to work without the level above it.
We design houses so that failures degrade gracefully. Pick a situation and see what keeps running.
All six levels online. Remote access via VPN, notifications by push and Telegram.
Not every apartment needs a cinema. Every building needs correct cabling. We lay the infrastructure for the full system from day one, so functions can be added later without opening walls.

A-201 Automation scenarios
One command. Forty coordinated actions.
A scenario is a sequence of checks and actions across every system. Switch modes and watch the plan: light, curtains, temperature, alarm, locks, audio, cameras and power draw change together.

X-301 Local AI
The intelligence lives in your plant room, not in someone else’s data centre.
A local AI server receives camera streams, sensor data, voice and energy readings, understands what is happening and sends commands to the systems of the house. Private by design.
01
Local processing
Speech, video analytics and automation logic run on hardware inside the building. Typical command latency: under 300 ms.
02
Privacy
Camera footage and room audio do not leave the house by default. You decide what is shared and with whom.
03
Offline capability
Without the internet, the house still understands commands, runs scenes, records cameras and raises alarms.
04
Fast response
No round trip to a remote server. A light reacts as you walk in, not a second later.

C-401 Wired + wireless
Cable where it matters. Radio where it is reasonable.
We do not take sides between technologies. The architecture follows the building: new construction gets a reliable wired core, renovations and finished interiors get well-chosen wireless extensions. Both run on the same logic.
No batteries. Latency under 50 ms. Works without a network or the cloud.

Walls are open, so every keypad, sensor and fixture gets a cable. Wireless is reserved for furniture, garden and later additions.
E-501 Engineering
Smart Home starts in the electrical cabinet.
Behind every quiet scene there are protective devices, bus power supplies, actuators, gateways and hundreds of terminations. This is where we differ most from companies that sell smart devices. Hover the cabinet to see what each module does.
=E1 · AUTOMATION CABINET
5 DIN rows · 412 labelled terminations · spare space on every rail
Labelled at both ends. Every conductor has a ferrule and an ID that matches the cable schedule.
Room to grow. 20–30 % spare DIN space and spare cores to every room.
Separated routes. Power, bus and data run in separate ducts to avoid interference.
Built on the bench. Cabinets are assembled and tested in our workshop, then installed on site.
Handed over on paper. As-built drawings, test protocols and configuration files belong to the owner.

Calm security. It knows a fox from a visitor.
IP cameras with local analytics recognise people, vehicles, plates and animals, and decide what deserves your attention. You will not get a notification every time a tree moves.

The same logic runs for every camera. Face recognition is used only where it is lawful and agreed with everyone concerned.
When something happens, the house acts first and reports second.

Open standards. No single-vendor dependency.
Our value is the architecture, the engineering and the integration, not a particular controller brand. We use interoperable standards so equipment from different manufacturers can be combined, replaced and serviced by others if you ever need to.
EN 50090 · ISO/IEC 14543-3
A wired building bus supported by hundreds of manufacturers. Devices programmed in 2005 still work alongside devices made today.
G-002 Questions
What clients ask before they start.
Does the house keep working without the internet?
Yes. Lighting, climate, shading, scenes, alarm, cameras, local voice control and the app on your home Wi-Fi all run locally. Only remote access from outside and cloud-based services wait for the connection to return. Critical alerts can fall back to SMS through a GSM modem.
Can you automate an apartment that is already finished?
Yes. We reuse existing cabling where possible and add Matter, Thread or Zigbee devices where it is not. A compact automation cabinet usually fits into an existing distribution board niche or a wardrobe.
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope far more than on area. We start with a consultation and a budget range for two or three scope options, and we will tell you which functions are not worth paying for in your case.
What happens if your company stops servicing my house?
You own the documentation, configuration files and passwords. Because we use open standards like KNX and DALI, any qualified integrator can take over the system.
When should we involve you in a new build?
Ideally at concept design, before the electrical project is drawn. That is when cable routes, equipment rooms, niches and ceiling layouts can still be coordinated at no extra cost.
Is my video and voice data private?
Video is recorded on a local recorder and analysed on local hardware. Voice commands for the house are recognised locally. Nothing is sent outside unless you decide so, for example to receive a snapshot on your phone.
